    We ship exclusively within the United States. Currently, we do not support international shipping. All orders can only be delivered to locations supported during checkout.

    Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day.

    Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Fitynex is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated 12 business days timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

    We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work promptly toward a replacement or resolution.
